Bespoke crafted for the Larch Cottage Nurseries garden centre in Melkinthorpe, Cumbria. The hand made green oak frame provides extensive and spacious ground and first floor spaces with utility and en suite annexes, in addition to eaves canopy and a top floor with covered balcony looking out over the surrounding gardens. The main full height structures measure 5.4m in length, plus a further 3m jointing into the existing adjascent roof, by 7.8m wide and 7.3m tall from floor to apex. Overall, the three storey structure and roof timbers together comprise 16.2 tonnes of oak.
